The prestigious offices of this company are on the outskirts of Padua and have been built entirely by Essequattro as the general contractor. Work began with the demolition of the existing building and continued with excavations and the realization of a new structure with coverings, fixtures and fittings and installations.
The external façade is an Alucobond Plus covering with completely invisible supports created on an underlying metal structure anchored to the panelling of the existing building. This special covering satisfies the strictest fire prevention requirements for the architecture, assigning a Class B status to the building, according to standard EN13501-1.
The windows are insulated with Schüco AWS70.HI and the continuous façade has been constructed with Schüco FW50+.HI. Selective magnetronic glass and double-glazing have been used on both.
The building therefore has a high overall insulation performance, with a considerable energy saving and good acoustic performance, as well as being extremely elegant.
All the doors have VP90 adjustable sun slats, fully motorised with a centralised system and invisible casing integrated into the external layer, in customised extruded aluminium elements.
The building has three storeys, with a large exhibition area on the ground floor that can be reached through an elegant automatic door. The offices are on the upper storeys and are divided by insulated brick walls, with glass panel walls to let in just the right amount of light.
The elevator frame has been covered in laminated and tempered glass, supported by stainless steel caps and covering, accompanied by the handrail of the adjacent staircase, to create a prestigious and elegant environment.
High-technology systems have been used for the electrical wiring, water system and solar panels.
