A company specialised in the production of ovens for the catering industry which has opened a new establishment of 7000 square meters. An important project, with attention paid to the smallest details, where the external image has also been the subject of particular attention.
The exterior covering, near the main entrance, is made of painted Alucobond and has three automatic sliding gates built into it.
The aluminium Schuco structural facade includes doors opening both inwards and outwards. They are individually designed with an all-glass effect and custom-designed steel handles.
On the upper floor, the offices have a row of Schuco AWS65 thermal-break windows with high-tech glass for energy saving.
Access to production areas is via manual, insulated, folding industrial doors with four door panels in pre-painted steel.
At crucial points the interior spaces are divided by REI120 doors made with double sheet steel panels complete with insulation and access control.
The interior doors are made of extruded aluminium profiles, interposed with double sealing gaskets to ensure top structural and acoustic quality, complete with glazed filler panels decorated to a design requested by the customer.
The top covering, which is the outer edge of the building, is made of stove-enamelled sheet aluminium/titanium zinc acting as a crimp. Complete with a substructure for fastening to the masonry, with wooden mullions and transoms and wood panels for anchoring the crimping strips.
Metallic louvres with steel frames and an aluminium elliptical blade, created with louvred profiles and complete with a painted support structure.Â
